How to return

Do you need to return anything from your order? Please follow the below process.

1.

Did you get your delivery from Evri or Royal mail? Please contact us at support@strobebrand.com to get a pre-paid return label.

Did you get your delivery from DHL? Please create your return label at label.strobebrand.com

2.

Put the unused product in its original bag and with hangtags on. Please also include the packaging slip.

3.
Return to the freight company stated on your label. Please keep the receipt until you have received the refund from us.
