Shipping cost: Free shipping on orders over £50
Delivery time: The standard delivery time is 3-5 working days. For express orders, the delivery time is 1-2 working days. (In over 90% of the cases, this is a next-day delivery for orders placed before 10AM). Please note that the delivery time is not guaranteed, but it is generally very reliable. If you are in a hurry, please keep track of the shipment by the tracking number that you will receive by email the day your order is shipped.
Returns: We offer 30 days of free exchanges. (An order is considered an exchange when you keep anything from the order, or from a follow-up order.) Full returns are charged £5

The 30 days are counted from the day the parcel is delivered until the day it is left to the freight company.
Fees/duties: No other fees or duties apply. VAT sales tax is included in the price.
Orders: We reserve the right to deny orders that are too big; please take care of our planet and only order what you need.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
